In keeping with Department of Education guidelines, STEP positions will only be offered to students who have secured a Year 7 place at Rosehill Secondary College.

To apply for STEP 2027, the timeline and process is as follows:

ONE

Secure a Year 7 position at Rosehill Secondary College. Parents will be notified of their child's secondary school placement by the Primary School by the end of Term 2.

TWO

Complete and return application and assessment fee

Monday, 27th July 2026

THREE

Testing conducted at Rosehill

Tuesday 11th August 2026

FOUR

An interview may be required before selection

FIVE

Successful applicants will be notified in writing in Term 4, 2026.
